  1. 1 cupsteel-cut oats
  2. 1/2 cuphemp seeds
  3. 1/2 cupflax seeds
  4. 1/2 cuppumpkin seeds
  5. 1/2 cupcashews
  6. 1/2 cuphazelnuts
  7. 1/2 cupgoji berries
  8. 1/2 cupblack cherries, quartered and pitted
  9. 1/2 cupcoconut flakes
  10. 2 tbspagave syrup
  11. 3 tbspvirgin coconut oil
  12. 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, ensuring that the ingredients are well mixed. Spread thinly on baking sheets

  2. 2

    Bake in the oven at 300F for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring that you don't burn it.

  3. 3

    Serve with vegan almond milk and banana slices, or enjoy as is.
