Ingredients

  • 1 cupAll-purpose Flour
  • 5 tbspSugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • 2-3ripe bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash bananas with sugar until well mixed.

    Add flour, vanilla essence and salt into mixture. Mix well till a smooth batter is formed. If batter is too hard/thick, add 1-2 tsp of water gradually.

    Deep fry on medium-low heat until golden brown.

    To achieve an almost perfect ball, use tip of fingers to shape the batter.
