Soak chana overnight. Boil it into 3/4 cups of water with black cardmom or some salt.

Heat oil in pressure cooker, Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardmom.

Saute till it crackles.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Heat oil in kadhai.

Drop poori into hot oil.

Wait till it puffs up and flip into other side. Deep fry until it turns golden.
