Keep the milk to boil

When boil comes add washed rice.

Keep on stirring.Or it will stick in the pan

Let it get denser.Once thicken add liquid gur and elaichi.

Keep on stirring after adding gur coz it will get watery.

Lastly add chopped almonds.

Serve hot gur kheer to your loved ones
