Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlBlack lentil
  2. Water for boiling
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. For gravy
  5. Spices
  6. Onion and tomatoes
  7. Ginger garlic and green chilli
  8. clovesWhole spices like black cardamom and
  9. Cumin seed
  10. Cream for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal for overnight and boil it adding water and salt till 7 vessels

    For tadka,Chopped onion tomato and ginger garlic paste,add oil and put cumin seeds now saute onion and ginger garlic paste and later put chopped tomato and green chilli

    Add boiled dal in the tadka,cook on slow flame for 25 minutes and after serve it with love
