Ingredients

  1. Chicken Seekh Kabab sliced, Schezwan Sauce
  2. 2 eachonions and chillies chopped
  3. 2''ginger julianed
  4. 2 tomatoes sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    In a non stick pan stir fry the kababs till brown, add onions and chillies. Keep trying for a minute or two.

    Then put in the schezwan sauce, mix well and cover cook for four or five minutes, till tender.

    Add sliced tomatoes, chillies and onions.
    Serve with Matar pulao.
