Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupmung dal soaked
  2. 2bitter gourd
  3. 1 cupbottle gourd and pumpkin slices
  4. 1 tspnigella seeds and celery seed
  5. 1red chilli whole
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and celery seeds along with whole red chilli

  2. 2

    As it crackle add chopped and sliced gourd and pumpkin

  3. 3

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now add the dal and water

  5. 5

    Boil it well till all the vegetables are soft and the dal is ready to be served
