Heat oil in a pan fry Onion and dry red chilli

Now add fried onions and Cumin and pepper corns in a grinder and grind it into a smooth paste.

Now add potatoes in remaining oil

Add the grinded masala and saute well. Add chopped tomato.Add required water and allow the potatoes to get tender.once done serve with rotis.
