Clean and boil the ndengu till done

Drain the excess water

Add the carrots and stir then add your dengu and add some water and cover

Chop the onion,tomatoes,courgette,and carrots

Fry the onion till golden brown then add the tomatoes,salt fry till they form a paste

Let it boil for some minutes and then add the courgettes stir,cover and turn off your cooker so that the courgettes get cooked by the steam

Serve with rice and enjoy
