Ingredients

  • Ripe Plantain, Ice fish, Chicken, Salt, Groundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and slice the ripe plantain

    Heat the groundnut oil.

  3. 3

    Fry the plantain and keep aside. Wash, clean and season the icefish. Add groundnut oil in a frying pan and fry the fish. Do same with the chicken.

  4. 4

    Serve the fried plantain with the fried fish and chicken
