Blend the Egusi. Add cold water to soak it. Add red oil in a pot. Add the chopped onions. Add the soaked egusi. Fry very well. Add the goat meat and stockfish stock. Let it boil properly. Add the dryfish. Add the Crayfish, cubes, ginger, garlic, salt.

Add the washed bitterleaf, Isam. Stir together. Allow to boil for few minutes. Remove

Pour boiling water inside a bowl. Add the garri gently. Stir well with a spatula. Serve with the sweet egusi soup
