IWash and season it meat with sliced onion,knorr and salt and cook on its stock for a few mins and add more water and cook till done.

Heat up oil and fry d Ogbonor with okpei,crayfish,dry pepper and grated onions.

Add ur meat stock and simmer for 5mins.

Add ur ugwu and cook for 2-3 mins and set aside.

Ur soup is ready.

In a bowl, pour in boiling water, pour ur garri inside and allow to sit for up to 10mins. Take ur wooden spatula and begin to turn d garri till everything is incorporated properly.

Ur Eba and Ogbonor soup is ready.
