Not really a fan of Egusi soup,so I added groundnut to give it a different taste.

Not really a fan of Egusi soup,so I added groundnut to give it a different taste.
Steps

Wash and season beef with sliced Onions and salt and bring to a boil on its stock,then add more water to cook it properly till done.

In a pot,heat up little oil,add d Egusi and groundnut, crayfish,dry pepper,knorr and fry for a minute or 2, add d beef stock,cover and simmer on medium heat for abt 4-5mins.

Open and check ur soup if its to thick,add more stock and continue cooking.

Add ur Ugwu and cook for 2mins, taste for salt and correct accordingly.

Ur soup is ready, enjoy with any swallow, yam and rice.
