This is a South Indian(Karnataka) cuisine. Very simple dish for day to day busy life and can be served with hot Chapatis and rice.

This is a South Indian(Karnataka) cuisine. Very simple dish for day to day busy life and can be served with hot Chapatis and rice.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and sesame seeds and let their color change.

Add Curry leaves, green chillies and onion, mix well and sort till the onion is golden color.

Add Turmeric powder, carrots, salt and mix well.
- 4
Add tamarind pulp and add 1 cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes, till the carrots are soft enough.

Serve hot with chapatis and rice, garnished with the coriander leaves.
