Steps

Assemble all your working tool/ Equipments.

Sieve your flour twice.

In a mixing bowl, Add sugar, Ginger powder, eggs n Rub them in.

Add but n Rub it inn as u mix or knead to a soft, smooth dough.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface for final kneading. Takes very short time.

Once done, cover it with a clean cloth for 20 mins.

Grease n dust your baking tray.

After 20 mins, Roll your dough n cut your tea scones out using cookie cutters. Note: They should be thick unlike the cookies.

Arrange them to a baking tray n cover them again for 10 mins.

Mean while, pre heat yoyr oven for those 10-15 mins at 170 degrees.

Put them in your oven n bake. Once they brown, remove them, cool n serve with a beverage if your choice. Enjoy n welcome.
