  • 1big fish
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Tomatoe [for rose and kachumbari] 1 onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove scales from your fish wash and let it drain water

  2. 2

    Add oil to your frying pan on medium heat when oil is ready place your fish let it dry till browned then serve with kachumbari salt and ugali
