Steps

First add ghee in kadhi and add tejpatta in hot ghee

Add grated carrots and milk and cook untill the water get evaporated from the carrots

When water gets evaporated,then add cardamom powder, and then again cook it for 5-6 min

When it is perfectly cooked.we have to add khoya and cook it for 2 min

Then atlast turn off the knob flame and add sugar, raisins. Cashews.
