Mix gram flour, maida, chilli powder,salt and baking powder add water and make smooth and pouring consistency batter

Heat oil in a pan add onions, green chillies, corrianderleaves and saute for 3-5 mins add tomato and saute for a minute more

Now add 1 laddle of gram flour batter and spread a little,keep a bread slices in the middle of the batter and turn back

Add sesame seeds and cook one side,turn and cook the other side too by putting inside the omelette (gram flour dosa) to cover the bread slice

Add little sesame seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with ketchup or coriander mint chutney
