Ingredients

  • 2 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chili pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the sukuma wiki and spinach after washing

  2. 2

    Add onion to pan with oil, fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and Fry a few minutes

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables, turn heat to high and keep frying until all the water dissolves

  5. 5

    Add salt and chili pepper and one tablespoon oil, fry few seconds and take off heat
