Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan.
  2. 100 grammushroom
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. Some leaves of coriander
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededWater
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspchat masala
  11. 1 pinchheeng
  12. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl,add besan.add water.mix well..

    Now add all spices.ginger garlic paste..leaves of coriander..mix it..make a smooth better.

    Now add chopped mushroom.

    Now take a pan.add oil..heat it at medium flame..

  5. 5

    Now put mushroom in it...fry till golden brown..

  6. 6

    Serve with tomato sous..
