I grew up eating yams and arrow roots and matoke as staple foods so I recently got a shipment from the countryside and made yam curry

Fry your onions and dhania stems. Add in the garlic and ginger. Put in your spices. Add in the tomatoes.

Allow the tomatoes sauce to cook down to a thick paste. Season with salt. Add in your yams and potatoes and add in water. Let it cook on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Add in the carrots and dhania leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
