Ready smooth wheat atta dough by adding salt dough should be soft to roll Parantha easily and filling will not come out

Ready the mixture of all ingredient add salt when u r going to make otherwise mixture will be wet and difficult to roll the Parantha

Pudina also should be washed chopped and dry with cloth

Make a ball and roll just like puri and brush with little oil and stuff one tbs of mixture and fold it like a ball and roll out with the help of dry wheat flour

Heat tawa and put Parantha on it and after a minute roast from both sides and brush oil and roast the both sides crisp and golden serve hot with curd,pickle or butter.
