Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 2 cupfenugreek leaves washed and chopped
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbswhite til (sesame seeds)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspginger chopped
  • 1 tbsoil
  • as neededOil for roasting Parantha
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspajawyn or carom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the wheat flour dough by adding all ingredients with 1 tbs oil soft and smooth dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Now again smooth it with the little oil and make ball size as u wish roll it on rolling board or clean surface

  3. 3

    Heat tawa and put Parantha on it when top side seems colour change then flip it and roast it for a minute and apply oil with brush on all sides and flip again roast both sides till crispy and golden brown

  4. 4

    Make all Parantha and serve hot with butter and curd or dates pickle pickle it is very healthy for all and taste is also yummy
