Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 2 piecessmokies or sausages
  • Cooking oil
  • Pinchsalt
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs in a small bowl.

  2. 2

    Add salt,black pepper and bit the mixture.

  3. 3

    Slices the smokies or sausages into small pieces and add to the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Put oil in a frying pan and pour the mixture.Let it fry in medium heat till its cooked.

  5. 5

    I served mine with tea and bread.Enjoy
