Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsWhite Peas (Soaked 7-8 hours)
  • 2 MediumChopped Onion
  • 2Diced boiled Potato
  • 2Diced Tomato
  • 4Chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 tspChopped Coriander
  • 2 tspBhuna Jeera
  • 4-5 tsp Lemon Juice or as per required
  • 2 tspChaat Masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and wash soaked peas
    Add in a pressure cooker add water, salt
    Cook for 6-7 whistles
    Let cooker depressurize
    Drain in a sieve
    Take a bowl
    Mix everything well
    You can add tamarind chatani, black salt and red chilli powder optionally
    You can eat Peas Chaat or
    You can make stuffed Kulcha
