Pulled Pork recipe I've been working on and tweaking. Like most pulled meats, it goes best with toasted bread and melted cheese.
Steps

Cut onions and layer in bottom of crockpot
- 2
Rub pork with some of olive oil
- 3
Mix spices and rub all over pork (brown sugar, salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, mustard, chili powder)

Stab pork with Steak knife a few times and place in crockpot, with the fat cap facing up

Pour Honey over pork
- 6
Combine vinegar, smeagol sauce, and rest of oil and pour over pork

Cook on low for 8-10 hours
- 8
Remove pork from crockpot, shred it (Wolverine-style), and remove what fat you can

Put the shredded pork back into the crockpot and mix in the BBQ sauce (if desired)

Cook another 1 - 2 hours on low, and serve
