Prepare a bowl of water set aside for dipping. Mix flour an dry ingredients together than set aside.

Heat the oil. The oil needs to be at med to med high heat in cast iron.

Dredge chicken in flour mixture than place in water. Dredge in flour mixture a second time, then you fry in the oil.

Fry for roughly 7 minutes until golden. Adjust timing if you have to. Every stove top is different. ENJOY♡♡♡
