Ingredients

  • 3large chicken breast cut in half for 6 total
  • to tastesalt/pepper
  • 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 1bowl for water
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • to tasteCajun spice
  • 1 1/2 tbsponion powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • anola oil for frying

  1. 1

    Cut thawed chicken breast in halves. Season salt an pepper.

  2. 2

    Prepare a bowl of water set aside for dipping. Mix flour an dry ingredients together than set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil. The oil needs to be at med to med high heat in cast iron.

  4. 4

    Dredge chicken in flour mixture than place in water. Dredge in flour mixture a second time, then you fry in the oil.

  5. 5

    Fry for roughly 7 minutes until golden. Adjust timing if you have to. Every stove top is different. ENJOY♡♡♡
