Sixty Sixty Crumble topping

Topping for crumbles/crisps, for a less porridge-y taste use 30 grams of oats and increase flour to 90 grams - so yummy and sweet, works well with a filling that is slightly tart although suitable for anything filling.

Topping for crumbles/crisps, for a less porridge-y taste use 30 grams of oats and increase flour to 90 grams - so yummy and sweet, works well with a filling that is slightly tart although suitable for anything filling.
Steps

Combine flour, sugar, oats and spices in a bowl

Add cold butter in cubes to the dry ingrediants, and uses finger tips rub the dry ingrediants into the butter until crumbs form the size of peas.

Sprinkle on top of crumble filling

Place in an oven of about 180 celcius (fan) and cook until filling is tender/ topping is golden.
