  • 3 cupsooji
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pouchEno

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix curd and sooji and the better is no thick and should be no lump better mix properly

  2. 2

    And then add salt and eno

  3. 3

    Beteer restfor 5 minutes and Grease the idli moulds and take out beteer in this moulds

  4. 4

    After 30 minutes idli ready

  5. 5

    Serve the red sauce and onions
