Ingredients

  • 250 gmaloo chopped
  • 250 gmsem chopped
  • salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

    Heat oil add cumin

  2. 2

    Temper it,add aloo,sem along with spices

  3. 3

    Mix it and cover it,stirring occassionally

  4. 4

    See if aloo are soft then off the flame and serve
