Slice and add salt on the plantain then fry in vegetable oil.fry till golden brown but turn underneath to fry.

Parboil beans and rinse.place back on the heat add water and boil add salt,onion,garlic onces the beans is soft.put in grinded Crayfish,pepper and palmoil.after twenty minutes stir simmer for five and is done.

Parboil the rice,cut fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper,grind crayfish fry all in veg oil with onion.fry for 2 mins add in water when is boiling put in parboiled rice add salt,knorr cubes and curry.check after twenty minutes when the rice is soft and water drys up.
