Steps

Seive flour, baking powder, salt and Maggi.. Add oil and mix well. Add required water to make a thick dough. Cover and rest for 20mins.

For the Meatpie fillings.. Wash your meat. Blend the raw meat (danyen nama). In a pan add oil. Put in the blended meat, add onion and stir fry till almost done. Add chopped pepper and spices. Fry and allow to rest.

Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll flat and place on a Meatpie cutter

Add two heaped full tablespoon of the Meatpie fillings. For Mini-Meatpie, use 1 heaped full teaspoon.

Close the cutter and remove excess dough. Roll all the excessive dough and flatten again till all done

You will have this.

For Meatpie baking. Crack and egg. Separate the yolk from the albumen. Use the yolk (kunduwar Kwai). Using a kitchen brush. Brush the egg carefully on the Meatpie. Arrange in a baking tray and bake till all done.
