Well, slow for green beans 😁 Braising the beans give them a different flavour than if you’re used to steaming them. Great as a side or as part of a buddha bowl. #vegan #vegetarian

Preheat the pan with the oil. Add the shallot. Sauté on a medium heat until soft - about 3 mins

Add the beans and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for 2 mins.

Add some of the stock. Turn the heat down to low. Cover. Stir every now and then. When the stock has been absorbed, add some more. And keep going like that til the beans are tender - about 20 mins.

Sprinkle the almonds on top. Season. And enjoy 😋
