Mix olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.

Marinate salmon in mixture for 20-30 minutes.

Make a glaze with one part honey mustard, one part sriracha, and a bit of minced ginger.

Paint glaze on salmon and cook on covered cast iron skillet on medium heat for 5-8 minutes each side. Salmon is done when center of fillet is 145°F.
