Ingredients

1 tablespooncanola oil
1 cupkimchi chopped
200 gramsany meat
3-4 cupscooked rice
1/4 cupkimchi brine
1/4 cupwater
2 tablespoonshot pepper paste
3 teaspoonssesame oil
Optional Toppings:
Sesame seeds
Fried egg
Chopped seaweed
Green onion

Heat oil and cook kimchi and meat until the meat is cooked and heated through

Make a sauce from the kimchi brine, hot pepper paste, water, sesame oil
3

Add the rice and stir fry. Then add the sauce and mix well
4

Top with any additional toppings
