Ingredients

30 mins
  • 100 gmsAliv seeds
  • 1big whole Grated fresh coconut
  • 500 gmsJaggery
  • 2 tbspnghee

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Soak Aliv seeds a night before or 8 hrs min.

  2. 2

    Take ghee in a heavy bottom vessel and add Aliv seeds, saute 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add coconut, jaggery and mix well and stir continuously cook for 20- 25 mins till the mixture is cooked and becomes thick..

  4. 4

    Let it cool down and roll balls/ laddoo.
