Ingredients

  • 20Eggs
  • Chopped spring onions (1 medium)
  • Pepper (attaruhu)as desired
  • Seasonings nd spices 2 taste
  • Salt 2 taste
  • Minced meat 1/4kg (optional)
  • Finely chopped cabbage (optional nd not necessary)
  • Bread crumps
  • 2eggs 4 frying

Steps

    Break d eggs nd whisk

  2. 2

    Add everything nd whisk

  3. 3

    Steam in round tins (lyk d ones 4 alkubus)

  4. 4

    U can tie it in a nylon nd steam lyk moi moi

  5. 5

    Cut d sultana

  6. 6

    Deep fry after coating with egg nd bread crumps(u can use grinded corn flakes)

  7. 7

    Drain nd serve hot

  8. 8

    Ensure d mixture is not over filled with onions or d cabbage or else it will not set well
