Cut the raw mango and boil it till the mango get soft.Drain out the water.keep it aside.

Now in heat a pan,put ghee.When ghee is heated put clove,cardomon and cinnamon stick into it.

Then put gur into it.Cook for sometime till the gur get melted.Then put the boiled mango into it.Cook for sometime and when it get little thick put vinegar into it.Then cook for another 10 mins till u find it getting thick.

Now cover it with a lid and let it cool.Serve with rice or roti yummy chachni.
