Steps

First cut all veggies in small pi CES and take a kadai add onion once heat add mustard and cumin

Allow it to spilt and then add onions and garlic ginger paste and saute for 3 minutes and then add all veggies and mix well

Then cook while close with lid and allow to cook for few minutes

Then add powders and mix and continue to cook till all becomes soft and then add chopped coriander leaves
