Steps

Add maida, oil in a bowl.
Mix nicely till crumbly. - 2
Add little water and knead to make a very stiff dough.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes. - 3
Divide the dough into equal balls.
Roll each ball into a 4 inch disc. - 4
Apply little ghee on the disc.
Fold the disc to make a semi circle.
Apply little ghee on the semi circle and fold once again to make a triangle. - 5
Slightly press the open edges and prick the mathri with a fork.
Make all the mathri in the same manner. - 6
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is slightly hot, add a few mathries and fry on low heat till golden brown. - 7
Keep turning the mathris while frying.
Remove the mathries in a plate and let them cool. - 8
In the same way Prepare oval shaped mathris.

Then heat a nonstick pan,add two tsps of ghee,sugar,cocoa powder and one tbsp of water.

Heat the mixture until gets thicker.Now Add sesame seeds.Switch off the flame.

Now put the prepared mathris into the mixture and pour the mixture very lightly over mathris.

Spread them in a flat plate and Keep for getting cold.

Crunchy sweet choco-till mathris are ready to relish.
