Steps

Prepare a paste of mustard seeds poppy seeds and coconut

Heat oil and fry lentil dumplings and keep aside

Now slice the gourd and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder till crisp

Remove it and fry the brinjals and keep aside
- 5
Now add more oil and temper five spices and red chilli
- 6
Add rest of the chopped vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
- 7
Add little water and simmer adding the gourd,Brinjal and lentil dumplings
- 8
As the vegetables are soft add mustard poppy coconut paste,mix well
- 9
Add sugar and simmer,it is ready
