Steps

Firstly peeled potaoes and cut in small pieces now make a paste of onion, tomato and green chilli

Now take a cooker add oil heat it now add jeera (cumin) fry it add onion and tomato paste and fry it till becomes brown

Now add potato in it and mix it fry for 2 minutes now add water in it and cover the lid after 1 whistle low the flame and cook it for 15 minutes

Potatoes veg is ready serve it with chappati
