Ingredients

  • salt and sugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1/2pumpkin de-seeded and cut into regular pieces

    Disolve the salt and sugar in water

    Dip in the pumpkin pieces gently

    Put on medium heat and allow to boil until the pumpkin is tender
