Add oil and heat up the pan saute garlic ginger paste.

Now tansfer corinder or chilli paste.

Add tomato or onion paste saute for 2 minutes.

Add garam masala or kashmiri laal mirch powder saute it for minutes

Add 1/2 cup of water and salt allow it to boil until gravy turn thick

Then add kauri methi stir well again

Add capsicum, paneer and onion stir it well switch of the stove.

Add corinder leaves

Cover it for 2min.

Transfer to a serving bowl

Enjoy kadai paneer with roti or naan.
