Steps

Heat the milk until it steams, do not let it boil. Allow to cool.

Once it is cool enough, transfer the milk to your container.

Add your fermented milk to the container and close the lid, shake and place in the warm place you prepared earlier.

Leave it out to continue curdling and loosely covered.

Let the milk sit for 10-12 hours, do not touch the container
- 6
Open the container after 10-12 hours. The fermented milk should be slightly thicker.

Chill. Add sugar to taste before serving.
