Boil and Grated potato in a bowl add 2 tsp arrarot powder,salt 1 tsp ghee and chilli and ginger, lemon juice 1/2make dough in another pan.

Take grated coconut crushed sugar powder,dryfruits powder cashewnuts, almondas peanut crushed raisins garam masala lemon juice 1/2 mashed aloo and salt mix well

Now make equal portion from aloo and equal portion balls from coconut mixer now make puri from aloo dough with help of two palms put mixer of coconut on the puri and cover and make balls

Sprinkle araroot powder heat the pan on gas add oil and deep fry pattice 1st full flame then slow flame till golden brown it's very tasty yummy for shivratri festival it's serve with green mint coriander chutney curd so ready to serve
