In a large bowl, combine all the dough ingredients and knead well until you have a smooth, cohesive dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until no longer pink. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, stirring to combine.

Add the tomato paste, chicken seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into two portions. Roll each portion into a circle the size of your baking pan. Grease the pan lightly with oil and place the first dough round in the pan.

Spread the filling over the dough and top with mozzarella cheese.

Place the second dough round over the filling and seal the edges well.

Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with nigella seeds and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) on the middle rack for 15 minutes.

Then place the pie under the broiler for 3 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve.
