Ingredients

1 loaf
  • 250 gbanana flour
  • 3small ripe bananas
  • 150 gsugar
  • 150 mlvegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tablespooncinnamon
  • Dessicated coconut (optional)
  • Chocolate chips(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas in a bowl. Beat in egg, oil and milk.

  3. 3

    Pour wet ingredients into dry mix. Stir until moistened. Add optional.

  4. 4

    Pour into prepared baking pan.

  5. 5

    Bake at 325°f until cooked. Serve with peanut butter or chocolate spread.
