Ingredients

1Cauliflower (chopped)
1 Potato (chopped)
1/2 cup Peas
3tomato(chopped)
3 Green chilies(chopped)
1 tbspGreen Coriander(chopped)
2 tbspFenugreek(chopped)
to taste salt
to taste red chilli powder
to taste turmeric powder
4 tbspoil

Steps

Heat oil in a pan.
Add fenugreek and cauliflower.
Add potato and peas, after 5 mins.

Now cook it till 10 mins.
Now add all spices and other ingredients. Mix well.
Cover it and cook it.

Now stir it 2 times.
Now add green coriander, cook for 5 mins. And switch off the flame
