Dry roast the all dryfruits.

Roughly grind all this.

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee.

Add jaggery and cook.

When jaggery becomes sticky add dry ginger and Ajwain and mix it well.

Add roughly grinded sesame with dryfruits.

Ready the mixture.

Set the mixture on a greased mould.Spread 2 tbsp dryfruits.set it.

Cut it into desired pieces.Ready til gud burfi.
